You’ve committed to working from a to-do list. Wow – is this life changing! When I read the words “You cannot use your inbox as your list if you want to manage your time wisely” I nearly croaked! That’s exactly what I’d been doing! I’d use my inbox as the gauge of whether I’d gotten lots done that day.
And you know what?
I never felt like I got enough done!
So, now we’re going to add a very important next step to Week 1’s tip: we are going to prioritize our to-do list. Without prioritizing, we often spend too much time on things that don’t matter and not enough time on the things that do.
